Metro Care Human Services offers high-quality mental health
support, including counseling, intervention, case management, advocacy, and rehabilitative services for adults. We also provide relocation assistance and support through the Moving Home Minnesota (MHM) program. Our mission is to empower individuals on a holistic journey of healing that is tailored to their needs. We are dedicated to serving our community by addressing the overall well-being of each person we support.
Our Services
At Metro Care Human Services, we provide a comprehensive range of services designed to support individuals with disabilities and those living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Our services include :
Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Services (IRTS)
Our IRTS program is a short-term (90 days or less) program for adults who are experiencing functional impairments as the result of their mental health symptoms. This program is an alternative to hospitalization for adults who do not present an imminent risk of harm to themselves or others. We operate a 6-bed facility that is staffed 24/7, and is designed to provide a safe, supportive environment conducive to recovery. During their stay, our clients receive evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive services to improve their well-being. Clients with co-occurring substance use disorders also receive integrated dual diagnosis treatment.
